It is the customers responsibility to read all the shop policies and listing information before ordering. When checking out you are agreeing to our shop policies as listed below.
All orders are shipped in the order received, typically within 48 to 72hours after payment has been received. Rush orders are not available at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns / Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds on orders.
- We do not offer exchanges. However, we do handle each instance on a case by case basis. Reach out if it’s an emergency. I.E. Ordered wrong size, wrong size grip etc. Note: If you have already placed your order and made an error on an order, please send email to fanrightmeow@gmail.com – write “emergency – error” and your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping / Processing
- All items are shipped USPS® with tracking number. Tracking number would be sent to your email once the item is completed.
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at check out. Fan Right Meow can not replace items shipped to the incorrect address. If an error has been made, the purchaser is responsible for any rerouting fees or extra shipping costs that may occur from said error. Note: If you have already placed your order and need to update the shipping information please send email to fanrightmeow@gmail.com – write “change of address” and your order number in the subject line within 24 hours of purchase.
- If we have evidence (delivery confirmation) that your product was delivered by USPS® to your requested shipping address, then Fan Right Meow will not be held responsible for any theft, and/or damage taking place once the package is left on your property.
International Orders
- Fan Right Meow does International orders, send email to fanrightmeow@gmail.com – write “International order” in the subject line. Provide address information, total number of items you are trying to purchase. We will get back to you with a quote for shipping. Items need to be available on the website when ordering them.
- Due to the cost of shipping, currency exchange and customs, prices may vary from the items listed on the website.
- Fan Right Meow is NOT responsible for any tax/customs charges. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays that are out of our control.
- Should your package come up missing or lost, your order will remain as pending until we hear a final word from the shipper. This includes any claims we make on your behalf for your missing/lost package.
- Purchaser is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
